1. Where is Ali & Rama’s Gallery located?
You can find us at 43 Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street, Jabal Amman, Amman, Jordan.
We’d love to welcome you to our gallery, where you can explore our collection of photography, art, gifts and locally made products.
2. What are your opening hours?
Our gallery is open during the following hours:
- Saturday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
3. What products do you offer?
Our collection includes photography prints, notebooks, magnets, bookmarks, mugs, postcards, stickers, tote bags, gifts and a variety of artistic and handcrafted products.
You’ll find our own creations alongside unique pieces made by local artists and artisans.
4. Are all your products designed and made by Ali & Rama?
Not all of them! Our collection features our own photography and products, as well as artwork and creations by local artists and craftspeople whose work we showcase and promote through the gallery.
5. Do you support local artists and artisans?
Absolutely. We’re proud to support over 100 local artists and artisans by showcasing and promoting their work, helping their creations reach a wider audience.
Supporting local creativity has been an important part of Ali & Rama’s Gallery since the beginning.
6. Do you offer delivery across Jordan?
Yes! We deliver within Amman and to other governorates across Jordan.
- Amman: 2.00 JOD, with delivery within 48 hours.
- Other Governorates: 3.00 JOD. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping through Aramex.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipment weight and destination country. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier operations and customs clearance procedures.
8. How are international shipping fees calculated?
International shipping fees are determined by the total shipment weight and delivery destination.
Shipping costs will be communicated before completing your order, where applicable.
9. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes and import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.
10. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Return, refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details, a clear photograph of the product and the reason for your request.
Our team will review the request and contact you to arrange the next steps, where applicable.
11. Are there any return or exchange delivery fees?
For standard exchange requests where the product has no defect or issue, an additional delivery fee of 2.50 JOD applies.
If you receive an incorrect product or an item damaged during delivery, Ali & Rama’s Gallery will cover the associated return or exchange delivery costs. No additional delivery fees will apply.
12. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a clear photograph of the damage.
You may choose between a refund or exchange, with no additional delivery fees.
Our team will review your request and contact you to arrange the appropriate procedure.
13. Can I return a customized or made-to-order product?
Customized, personalized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive incorrect, defective or do not match the agreed order.
Any such issue must be reported within the specified 24-hour request period, accompanied by a photograph of the product.
14. Will handmade products look exactly like the website photos?
Due to the nature of artistic and handcrafted products, slight variations in colour, shape or details may occur.
These differences are a natural part of handmade creations and often contribute to what makes each piece unique.
Please also note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
